Pink Fish Technologies are based in Lancashire, 25 minutes north of Manchester city centre.
Pink Fish Backup was developed to meet the need for an automated, offsite backup service that is easy and hassle-free to use, and provided by a company who understands the need for high levels of customer service.
Many businesses go out of business every day because of insufficient and unreliable data backup. More often than not, one person in an organisation is responsible for doing, storing and checking backups, and often even taking tapes off site at night. Should that person have to hold the responsibility of maintaining such important data, and what happens if they are off sick or forget?
Having spent years in the I.T. industry a clear need was recognised for a system that would provide hassle-free, easy to use, automated and offsite data backup. So following much research and testing of different systems and software, Pink Fish Backup was born!

As an extremely useful side product to our data backup service, we are also able to offer a document scanning service.
- If you have filing cabinets full of important documents, why not have them turned into electronic files which can then be backed up for safe keeping, and create extra space at the same time!
We work closely with The CD Bureau, they can provide the ideal solution to your entire document and file archiving requirements. They can collect your files and process them at their own secure facility and return them in CD/DVD format. Alternatively they can archive your files at your premises. Your files can then be copied to your network and backed up with your other data. In the case of off-site processing, your original documents will be returned to you, or they can provide a certificated shredding facility.
