How Secure is Online Backup?

Very, is the short answer.

• Online banking uses 128bit encryption, Pink Fish Backup uses 448bit encryption!  To put this into understandable terms - it would take more than the power of the sun, or 1 million computers 1 million years to decrypt it. 
• Files remain encrypted from the moment they leave a computer or server, to the moment they come back again (if retrieved).
• Don't forget the security from having data backed up offsite and automatically every day.
• Files that you back up cannot be opened by anyone once they leave your computer, all data remains encrypted.  Only you/the encryption keyholder can retrieve and reopen your data.
